I am embarking on a CRM/grants database scoping exercise - we use BBGM but it's not very suitable for us with workflow being limited (e.g. tasks and notifications) and also they're trying to hike our prices and I question value for money. I know the big names but wondered if other Local Authorities use Salesforce (as I don't think LAs are eligible for the NPSP) or alternative systems they recommend?
Also if anyone has any insights on BBGM pricing I'd welcome a discussion.
