Recommendations for Communications and Marketing consultants and Impact and evaluation

Hi all. 

We're looking for recommendations for a consultant to support a local based Camden Charity with their communications and marketing. Grateful for any recommendations. 

We're also looking for recommendations for someone to work with us on developing our evaluation framework for our VCS grants programme.
