The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking to introduce a new corporate grants framework to cover all aspects of grant management across its various departments. This would cover a number of areas:
- governance and decision making
- programme promotion
- assessment and selection of new projects
- quality assurance
- monitoring and reporting
