Richmond and Wandsworth Councils are beginning the process of recommissioning our advice services – current contracts run until March 2026.
The existing advice contracts and service models are based on a pre-Covid-19 era with much activity since moving online. The commissioned models therefore need to be refreshed and KPI’s revisited to ensure that the Council is commissioning the right services and setting and measuring the right KPIs to ensure best quality of service for residents. In addition, the Council’s own advice provision needs to align with the current contracts and be reflected in the arrangements with the providers.
Analysis of all the community advice services across both boroughs will better inform the council about future re-commissioning needs and we are looking to go out to request for quotation to find a consultant / consultancy to support officers with this work.
