Hello
We are reviewing processes around the allocation of Neighbourhood / Local CIL and are keen to look at the approaches in other councils. Elements being looked at are:
- minimum grant allocation (focus on just large infrastructure improvement projects or funding also for smaller capital improvements)
- potential to fund revenue (what could be eligible within guidelines)
- process for inviting proposals and carrying out engagement on it.
Any info you can share would be really welcomed.
