Voluntary and Community Sector Strategy - independent consultant recommendations sought

Hi fellow Borough Grants Officers, 

Our VCS Strategy and Action Plan 2017-2022 needs updating and renewing. The Royal Borough of Greenwich is looking to appoint / commission an independent Voluntary and Community Sector consultant to undertake the engagement and development work to help us shape a new, post-COVID VCS Strategy, fit for the sector’s recovery ahead.

If your London borough has engaged an independent VCS consultant in recent months or years to undertake a piece of work like this and if you would recommend them, we would be grateful if you could send/share their details with us.
